Printed graphics can really bring a space to life, be it a calming landscape used in a medical facility, an inspiring message in schools and colleges, or a confident statement of brand value in a corporate environment.
All of AM360’s antimicrobial silver-ion infused* sheeting products can have AM-Vision digital prints applied. Our digital print process involves taking your image or design and UV printing and LED curing onto our sheeting panels. UV (Ultra Violet) printing and LED curing is a photochemical process where the high-intensity light instantly cures – or dries – inks, coatings and adhesives. This method is proven to facilitate superior bonding as well as improving scratch and solvent resistance.
Each AM-Vision panel is delivered ready to install, just like our other sheeting products. The digital printed finish does not affect the antimicrobial or hygienic properties of the sheeting in any way.
AM-Vision sheeting is perfectly suited for use in places like hospitals, surgical practices and laboratories. It is food-safe and can be used to protect food manufacturing production areas and canteens against infection risk from surface contamination.
For high traffic environments where knocks and scrapes are expected and cleaning is critical, we can apply an extra hard coating, making the end product scratch resistant with the option of either a gloss or satin finish.
Resistant to bacterial and viral colonisation, the PVC antimicrobial panels kill viruses and prevent the growth of bacteria, mould and viruses such as:

*Please note that all our products contain ionic silver, unlike other products on the market which contain nano silver. According to researchers at Rice University, in order for silver to be effective in killing bacteria, it has to be in its ionised form. Nano silver is therefore benign in the presence of microbes.
